Is anyone else let down by the first new Green Day single?

It's incredibly stupid and repetitive. "Holiday" and to a lesser extent "American Idiot" are incredible songs. I think they're too full of themselves at this point. the "American Idiot" album was ambitious. "21st Century Breakdown" is just self-indulgent (If that isn't evident from the title).
