My employer is at major fault, what can I do about it?

Here in the U.S. we have a place called unemployment office they have a office in their called unemployment security.They help ppl that gets bully by their company -n- if it just one person in HR see their boos with all the paper work you to back up your facts -n- talk to them on how you lost your bounce cause of 1 person.?
