Can we forgive the terrorists?

the terrorists are part of the problem. people who think ALL muslims are the other part. Why would we forgive the terrorists. They are the ones who attacked not only India but the United States of America. They should forgive us. Right now we have no peace in the world. Its not the whole blame for the terrorists, but also how prices are skyrocketing. We aren't going to forgive them. We are just going to accept there apologize. Your making it sound like we attacked them.
