Does anyone know who imports the Tula Toz99 rifle? (if anyone)?

Winchester is dealing with the Toz78 bolt action aka Wildcat*. I, however, already have one from before Winchester got involved and now I am interested in the Toz99, does anyone import them into the US? They seem to be increasingly rare now days.
