This is my proposed story outline and i hope it sounds ok?

It's a dark cold night in New York City, where the apes run wild, where the police are extinct, where it's advised that you take a weapon to the bus stop with you, Day comes, streets are clear comes night vandals, murders, drug dears run wild and rule the night. The city screams out, out for someone who can bring back New York City, to the way it used to be, but some say that is impossible. But who, who can really, who has the to look down on us and say i will save you. Superman can't because he don't exist, *Newspaper Article* but someone is out there, he comes in the night, watches the City as it deteriorates beneath him, i hope he is the one.
