What is that show that has an ad depicting a nuclear explosion, then a man telling you how to survive?

the ad starts off where the television is in 1st person view and its on a moving bus. all of a sudden a nuclear explosion explodes out in the distance, and the bus gets wracked by the shockwave of the blast. hte camera turns and shows a guy telling you to act quickly in order to survive and you have to listen to everything he says. any ideas?
