3 days old: He will only sleep in my arms?

My daughter was the same way for the first two weeks. The day she was born I could put her in the hospital binet but after that she only slept on my chest for a while. It's because he was inside of you for 9 months listening to your heartbeat so being in your arms is where he feels safe. He will grow out of it but just give it time and enjoy the cuddles for now.
