Sisterhood with my friends?

Okay, my firends and I are starting a club, kinda like siterhood of the traveling pants. We are all really close and think this is a great way to bond! We will have a meeting once a month at this clubhouse we built. What should we do? We already have a plegde and do the whole candle-lighting thing...what else should we do at ceremonies and such?
