I stepped on a mangled rusty piece of metal.. What should I do?

Okay, I'm not sure if the metal was dirty so to speak, I didn't get a good look at it, it gave me a small sc about a quarter of a centimeter long and less than 2 min after I received the cut I washed it out with alcohol. It bled very very little and wasn't deep at all. I'm 15, I think I've had my tet booster in 7th grade, I'd have to check though. Should I be concerned? I can't even see the cut anymore.
