Poison ivy ???

i have 3 children coveredin it, one of them has it really bad and has been to the dr 3 times in the last 2 days she hs had shots andoral meds,but she is still going nuts, my 6year oldjust started getting it anybodyhave any good remidies for the itching?? i have tried the oatmeal bath and the calamine lotion doesn't work so...someone please help!!! no smart a** comments needed
