Bosnian/European guys clothes. Girls and guys welcome to answer..?

OK, recently I have been to a city with a large Bosnian population. I hung out with family there, and went to some Bosnian clubs. I have also visited Bosnia and Europe. What I noticed about bosnian men, is their HORRIFIC clothes. Tight jeans, tight tacky polo shirts(with their collars popping), tacky earrings,D and G belts and ... the obsessively gelled hair, and perfectly plucked eyebrows. NOW am I the only one who finds men that try too hard severely unattractive???
