Horrible, horrible food allergy, but what is it?

I'm sorry to say i have been there. The only thing that is common would be lactose in all three occasions. That isn't to say that you are lactosee intolerant, but rather that you could have been sent into anaphylactic (sp) shock because of BAD milk or dairy...is your fridge going out? What sources did you get the dairy from?
