Can we help the auto companies by buying their cars?

Make buying an American Big Three car into an incentive pkg. After getting rid of the top bosses and giving buyouts to those older workers, simply give a $ 30 000,00 tax free incentive to buy one of their vehicles. When all the top br are gone, have workers deregulate their union and pay them decent wages comparable with the foreign made workers in the states. Depleting the inventory, getting rid of top overpaid management, and paying workers less should make the big three more competitive without a bailout but rather a cut out package. Cut out top management, cut out large inventory, cut out the union and make salaries competitive. Either this or go bankrupt. What do you think?
