Which is better for journalism in Canada: Ryerson or Carleton?

Carlton University has a much better reputation for Journalism. It is know world wide. I would focus on going there . If, once you achieved your degree you found that you were interested in more of a TV media approach then you could apprentice at City TV in Toronto and get media experience, behind and in front of the cameras. Toronto also has local stations that you could volunteer at to get on camera experience. Adds to your CV. Good luck with whatever you do but keep in mind that the rumor is that newspapers will become extinct in the year 2020 that's the word.
