Do ballistic tips provide faster expansion then hollow points?

Which will expand faster out of my .270 Barnes TSX hollow point, or my .270 Barnes Tipped TSX (Ballistic tip). There velocity is 3250fps and i'm shooting foxes and kangaroos at distances of 100-300m.
